Production workers use electric heating fittings to heat and melt plastic, thereby firmly connecting two pipes together. Unlike traditional fusion and sleeve welding methods, PE electric heating fusion fittings use materials that are consistent with the pipeline material from the beginning of production, so the compatibility of homogeneous fusion welding of pipelines is better.

Liang Weipei, director of Liansu Production and Manufacturing Center, told us that the advantages of PE electric melting pipe fittings mainly focus on the following three points: corrosion resistance and long service life; The joint does not leak, the effect is more reliable, and the load performance at the joint end is better.

And the implementation of these advantages is all thanks to the automated production mode of electric melting pipes.

In the production workshop of Liansu PE electric melting pipe fittings, there are 23 automated production units for PE electric melting pipe fittings, which have achieved full automation from feeding to producing finished products. Even the important "injection molding" process in the production process is entirely achieved by robotic arms and digital equipment.

Liang Weipei told us that since the adoption of intelligent systems in 2018, the comprehensive qualification rate of Liansu products has increased from over 70% to over 97%, and the production capacity has also increased by more than 1.5 times. Conventional products have basically achieved pure automatic intelligent production.

Before formal delivery, the produced electric melting pipe fittings need to undergo standardized cooling in the constant temperature and humidity room of the production workshop to ensure that the products are qualified before they can be put into the warehouse. At the same time, in Liansu's own laboratory, pipelines also undergo comprehensive inspections. From hardness and corrosion resistance to heat, fire, and pressure resistance, every aspect of the pipeline quality is rigorously inspected.
