Before ventilating the system, check whether the direction of each operating switch is correct. Keep the robotic arm away from equipment and personnel to avoid accidents such as injury caused by sudden lifting of the robotic arm. Turn on the switch to connect the air source. When the system is ventilated, the brake cylinders of all three joints should be in the braking state. After ventilation, turn on the brake switch and each joint can rotate within the specified range. Below is the non-standard automation equipment testing. The editor will introduce it to you:

When adjusting the balance, first reduce the pressure to "0" and slowly rotate clockwise. At this point, the pressure gauge reading slowly rises, and the robotic arm slowly lifts. When the force of lifting and pulling the robotic arm manually is equivalent, it indicates that the state is in a balanced state.

The mechanical arm shall not arbitrarily turn off the gas source during operation. When not in use, the robotic arm should be rotated to a position away from other equipment before lowering the fixture to a lower position. When the gas source is turned off, attention should be paid to checking the robotic arm and restoring all its operating buttons to the "off" state.

Basic precautions for operation:

1) The lifting weight shall not exceed a larger lifting capacity.

2) Do not extend your hands, feet, or any part of your body under the suspended object.

3) Do not insert your hands or fingers into the gaps of the robotic arm.

4) During operation, the face and hands must not reach into the top of the robotic arm or the upper part of the accessories.

5) Before confirming whether the workpiece is clamped, the robotic arm should not be operated with a load to prevent the workpiece from slipping.

6) When the robotic arm is not working or temporarily stopped, the brake switch should be restored to its original position and the robotic arm should be stopped in an idle position to prevent the robotic arm from being pulled by external forces and rotating randomly, causing equipment and personnel injuries.

7) Do not use operating methods that cause heavy objects to deviate or collapse, that is, do not vigorously shake the robotic arm during operation.

8) No one is allowed to enter the work site while the operator is working.

9) When the operator leaves the work site, they should place the robotic arm in an idle position and lower the robotic arm fixture.
